The fall market is officially upon us and it’s definitely singing a different tune than in previous years. This summer we saw a more balanced market, but over the next couple of months I expect to see an influx of listings and more choices for buyers. Personally, I think freehold homes will retain their value the strongest due to an overall lack of good inventory.
Homes that are staged, styled, photographed and marketed properly will sell, while the rest will sit and become stale. It's crucial to work with a real estate professional who understands all facets of the market and who can deliver results.
Interest rates have remained unchanged for now, however the past year has shown us that anything can happen. I’ll gladly keep everyone up to date on the market conditions. - Andrew
