A Message from ISA’s Women in Industry Chair, Molly Langdon

If you're anything like me, you are busy getting in all your summer fun in the last few weeks of the season. While I sit in the 90-degree shade, I am also planning for everything that Fall brings and preparing for (yikes!) 2024.

A big part of my “rest of year plan” is the ISA Fall Summit in October. At the Fall Summit, Women in Industry has its own dedicated education track. Sessions focus on communication, executive influence, change management, mentorship, and more. We will also have WII-specific networking events and a fabulous reception completely dedicated to Women in Industry!

As you will see below, our WII Leadership Team has been hard at work putting together an inspiring experience to ignite your potential. I am really looking forward to it and plan on seeing ALL of you there!

Form Lasting Connections with WII Regional Meet-Ups

Looking to bridge connections with fellow Women in Industry members between ISA's events? Then, WII Regional Meet-Up gatherings are for you! These casual get-togethers are a great way to maintain year-round networking, build closer relationships, and have some fun.



Our first meet-up on June 21st was in the Detroit Metropolitan area. It was an evening filled with great conversations, much-needed laughter, and delicious Mexican food – the margaritas were just the cherry on top!
