Occupancy Verification and Upcoming Inspections

Welcome back to campus. The Spring 2024 Semester will soon be underway and we couldn’t be more excited to come alongside you for the journey.

Throughout the semester, you’ll receive important messages from our office regarding your residential experience. From important dates to exciting events to upcoming processes and everything in between, our office partners with you in your journey to create a home here at Wake Forest.

One of the ways we do that is by sharing important information with you via email. As a pro tip, please read your emails carefully and in their entirety. Sometimes they’ll contain a lot of information, but we promise that it will always be important; as is this one.

OCCUPANCY VERIFICATION

Opens January 13th

Due Monday, January 22nd by 9am via the Housing Portal

All residents are required to complete their Occupancy Verification by Monday, January 22nd by 9am via the Housing Portal . Once logged in, you’ll need to follow the steps outlined here . Completing Occupancy Verification lets us know you have moved into your assigned room and that you have working keys to your room. This will also change your status from Reserved to In Room for the Spring 2024 semester.
