Semiahmoo Fish & Game Club

1284 184th Street, Surrey, BC

Come out with your family and friends for an unforgettable day filled with live music, food, guided tours and camaraderie. Salmon Sessions Music Festival unites music and conservation in support of the Little Campbell River Salmon Hatchery.

Did You Know?

For over 40+ years, volunteers at the Semiahmoo Fish & Game Club (SFGC) have nurtured and released approximately 100,000 salmon fry each year, a critical effort that contributes to the health and sustainability of BC's salmon population. As their current hatchery building nears the end of its life cycle, they urgently need your help to fund a new facility and continue their essential work. Despite support from esteemed organizations like the Department of Fisheries and Oceans and the Pacific Salmon Foundation, additional funds are needed to reach their ambitious $200,000 Phase 2 goal.

The festival is organized by Penmar Community Arts Society in association with the Semiahmoo Fish & Game Club. The South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce is a proud sponsor of the event. Secure your tickets and make a difference today!

About Semiahmoo Fish & Game Club

The Semiahmoo Fish & Game Club was incorporated in 1957 by a group of conservation minded outdoor enthusiasts in the White Rock, Surrey and Langley area. The primary focus of the group was the restoration of the local Little Campbell River. Mostly through the grit and determination of volunteers and community fundraising efforts, the club became known for building one of the finest facilities in BC’s Lower Mainland of its time with innovative design elements that were endorsed by the Department of Fisheries as the standard for future salmon hatcheries. Volunteers also raised funds to build a large Club House building which is used for events like community fundraisers, weddings, exhibitions, educational seminars and meetings. It includes a combined archery and 22 rifle and handgun range in the basement. Today over 8,000 people visit the club grounds annually to tour the hatchery and the nature trail and to participate in range activities or attend functions in the main hall.
