1) NEW! In this month's Foro de padres #31 (español), Edwin Hernandez, LMFT, One Life Counseling Center, will address Construyendo familias saludables (Constructing Healthy Families) (November 21).
2) How can we build safe and accepting communities for LGBTQ+ youth? Anthony Ross, AMFT, therapist, health educator, and founding director of Outlet, offers How to Talk With Your Child About Gender and Sexuality (November 29).
3) Emmy award-winning filmmaker Preeti Mankar Deb presents the second in a series of short documentary films, MY BODY TO LOVE: Dee's Story. Preeti will be joined by Dee and Natasha Singh, sexual literacy educator (November 30).
Mark your calendars! On December 5, Kelsey Moon, ASAT Program Director, ACS, will discuss What Should You Know? Fentanyl Education and Harm Reduction Strategies. San Mateo County Supt. Nancy Magee will join us for an introduction.
