Hello Everyone!

We have some changes on the schedule happening so I wanted to make you all aware if you are heading to the studio soon>>>


This Friday 8/18 will be Allyson's last class before she makes her journey west to Seattle!

Make sure to catch her beautiful teaching if you can,

Friday Meditative Flow 9:30-10:45am and send her off with well - wishes of safety, love & care!

Sally will return to that time slot beginning next week.


We bid bittersweet farewell to Savannah as well as she continues her path into academia.

Sally will hold that Thursday space for a balanced Yin Yang practice 5:30-6:40pm.


Saturday August 19 is our Day Long Yoga & Meditation Retreat 10-6pm

There will be one regular scheduled class that day:

Deep Gentle Yoga with Chris will be @ 8:30-9:45am
