Fremont Counseling Services:
A Telehealth Case Study!
The Wyoming Telehealth Network provides free, HIPAA-secure Zoom licenses to direct service providers practicing in Wyoming. Check out what Scott Hayes, the Executive Director of Fremont Counseling Services, has to say about how these Zoom licenses have benefited his organization:

"Fremont Counseling Service (FCS) is a private, non-profit community mental health and substance misuse treatment center with offices in Lander and Riverton. FCS uses Zoom extensively. Approximately 30% of our clinical services are provided via Zoom. Nearly all of our substance misuse group services are provided via Zoom, which allows increased access to group services for clients residing in locations outside of Lander/Riverton, as well as during inclement weather. Zoom allows for continuation of service provision during times when clients or staff may feel slightly ill and don't want to spread a cold/flu, but don't want to cancel an appointment. FCS provides the majority of our emergency mental health crisis response services via zoom, allowing for decreased response time and increased speed facilitating emergency referrals and admissions to higher levels of care. We also use Zoom for clinical team meetings across locations, clinical supervision, administrative meetings across locations, and for clinical training."

Thank you Fremont Counseling Services for the support you provide our Wyoming community!
