A SVEA Board of Directors Meeting will be held

Friday, July 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.

in the Harker Center Lounge and on Zoom 

The Board of Directors will be holding their summer meeting on Friday July 7, 2023 starting at 2:00 p.m. at the Harker Center. The agenda is attached HERE.

Two topics of significant owner interest include:

1)     Jericho Project Status and Alternatives

2)     Community School Rezone – Update

In order to accommodate what we believe will be a significant amount of owner interest in these topics a Zoom link is available HERE. Owners are encouraged to attend the meeting by Zoom as seating is limited in the Harker Center lounge area. A significant turnout is expected which may require some attendees to stand outside the building making it difficult to hear the proceeding. We want to avoid any frustration if seating is not available for everyone, please plan on attending by Zoom if at all possible.

Owners are given an opportunity to address the Board during the public comment portion at the start of the meeting. When the public comment section concludes, additional public comment will be by invitation of the Board. This is done to efficiently hold a meeting and keep the owners informed. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We look forward to your attendance and participation, and we appreciate the interest you demonstrate in your Elkhorn community by staying informed.
