The DEM seminar will be held in Building 3 through October. Starting in November the seminars will be moved to Pride Hall.

Pride Hall Move-In Tracker

Please use the following link if you encounter any issues with your move to Pride Hall.

The following items may be reported via the Move-In & Request Tracker Form:

• IT issues – the IT Team will be alerted when an issue is submitted
• Facilities issues (i.e., door handle isn’t working, restroom issues, etc.) – these will be entered as a work order to Facilities for remediation
• Equipment issues (removing extra shelving, removing “mobile” storage under benches, issues related to Lab equipment connections, space, etc.)
• Move-Related Issues (i.e., missing boxes or items, damage to items)
• Furniture Issues (monitor arm problems, sit/stand issues, and anything else related to furniture)
• Badge Access
• Other (any items that don’t fit the scope of the above)

Any requests for new items may be submitted but are not guaranteed for approval as they need to be reviewed by the project team.

UCSF ID Badges

Any UCSF ID badge with a black magnetic stripe on the back will need to be replaced. Click here for additional information.
