Hello everybody!
I would like to express my gratitude to Fr. Joseph Bukenya Wetaase and all those who have participated in the Mission Appeal as well as the Knights of Columbus for a wonderful pancake breakfast. It has been a great opportunity for us to share the love of Christ to others, especially to the Diocese of Byumba, Rwanda. You can still donate by clicking HERE to support the mission. This weekend the Women's Welcome Retreat Team will extend the invitation to sign up for the next Women's Retreat weekend on Sept 9-10. This is our 9th retreat and the impact Welcome is having on our parish is transformative. As you know, one of the most important ministries in our parish is the Welcome Retreat Ministry. This is an incredible experience that helps you renew your relationship with God and deepen your faith, hope, and love. I encourage you to participate in this upcoming retreat to grow your understanding of the Christian life and to know more about a wonderful group of parishioners.
Due to a potential UPS strike in the coming weeks, our bulletin delivery could be affected. In the event we do not receive our bulletins, we encourage you to go online at stpatlou.org to view the weekly bulletin. We will keep you updated as information becomes available.
Finally, the Feast of the Assumption Mass times on Tuesday, August 15 will be at 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Our 8:00 a.m. Mass will be delayed by 30 minutes as this is the first day of school and we are working to keep the parking lot safe for all parishioners, students and visitors.
