We are working like little elves preparing for the big social event of the holiday season, our First Annual Holiday Gala Fundraiser!
This beautiful event will be held at the Belleair Country Club on December 9th, with the reception starting at 11:00am, and the lunch at 12:00pm. There will also be a raffle and silent auction. We are expecting 250 of our beloved supporters, family, and friends.
| |
Plan to enjoy a decadent coffee drink or perhaps a mimosa at our reception. The ballroom will be an explosion of holiday decor and the menu will be divine! Enjoy a three-course meal chosen just for us, along with vegetarian options.
A few of our special friends are quietly building baskets of rare and luxurious items for your silent bidding pleasure. Some other artist friends are creating unique decorative items for you to bid on, suited for the holidays. Wait until you see these incredible pieces!
To tempt you even more, some treasures to bid on will include goodies from In Your Face Skincare, Rebecca Minkoff, a gourmet cooking basket, Linens & Hutch, Debra Kagen Murray, fine artist, Karen Eckes, fine artist, and a variety of Beauty, Health and Wellness products for both men and women! This is just a taste, there will be much, much more!
In addition to the silent auction, we’re holding a raffle with an incredible prize that will be announced very soon.
All of the contributions to our cause have been so wonderfully generous. There is truly something for every taste! All the activities at the Holiday Gala can be enjoyed while socializing with your family and friends.
As part of the event, I will give you a brief overview of our exciting plans for 2024. I’ll fill you in on the different nonprofits we’ll be working with, and who will benefit from our work.
We hope to acquire enough gifts at the Holiday Gala to fund our projects all year long, to uplift our community by providing more to families in need.
Please honor us by attending and bringing your family and friends.

Who We Are
The Women’s Auxiliary of the Church of Scientology Clearwater, Inc. was launched in August 2022 with 30 members. We are a private lady’s club providing charity. We are proud to say we have grown to over 58 members since then.
Our group of women truly enjoy helping others! We offer our support to nonprofit organizations in our community. We do this by providing what they need or want, so they in turn can continue to do their own good works in kind.
We keep it simple.
It is a wonderful experience to see how happy the recipients are at the presentation -- this moment is so full of smiles, love, and support!

During the school year, we assist the faculty and staff with items needed such as uniforms or microwaves.
In August, the Sandy Lane school started their new school year. What they needed were snacks and store items for the children.
On August 14th, we pulled into Sandy Lane with a large flatbed truck of snacks for the kids and prizes for their store, delivering a total of 64 items!

For student snacks, we provided large boxes of chips, snack bars, fruit rolls, etc. Having these snacks available for those children who arrived last, and missed breakfast, is very important. With food in their tummies, they could focus on schoolwork.
Providing Sandy Lane with these items is significant because without it, the teachers purchase these items with their own money. We support teachers!

Robin, along with all the women who donated or worked on this project, did an amazing job! We are so proud of them and their efforts. | |
