2023 SARM Midterm Resolution Deadline


The deadline for submitting resolutions for the upcoming 2023 SARM Midterm Convention is Sunday, September 24, 2023, end of day. Resolutions must be received in the SARM office by this date in order to be addressed at the upcoming convention and included in the convention guide. Please email resolutions to resolutions@sarm.ca

Refer to the Guide for Writing Resolutions and the Resolution Submission Form for details.


*Please remember that each resolution submission must include a brief (no more than 500 word) background that answers the questions provided in the below resolution submission form.*

SARM Midterm Convention Registration Login


Please register for convention through SARM's online form by October 31, 2023. We have created profiles for each RM and autofilled the names of the associated councils and administrators (per SARM's website RM Directory details).

 

A separate "Password Reset" email has been sent to all RM administrators from no-reply@convention.sarm.ca to the email address that is used to log into the SARM website. The email includes a link to reset your password in order to log into the convention registration form. Please check your spam/junk folders and add the above-mentioned address to your safe senders lists.

2024 SARM Pocket Calendar Order

Deadline to order is September 15, 2023


SARM is printing only pocket calendars for 2024.


Order Details:



  • each RM will receive enough for their council members
  • they will be mailed out in November
  • RM will be invoiced by SARM, for shipping costs

 

The only way to order SARM 2024 Calendars is through the following survey. Orders outside of this survey will not be accepted.
