These kits are designed to supplement the content in the training so that you can implement your new ideas and knowledge at your program!
Registration:
Registration is $30. The fee includes 6.75 hours of PD, lunch, materials, materials, materials, resources, and a gift for your program!

Keynote:
We are thrilled to have Shamera Simpson present the Keynote on "Gizmo's Pawesome Guide to Mental Health."The guide seeks to introduce mental health and wellness, and how to care for one’s mental health in a nonthreatening way that encourages the self-identification of warning signs and when to apply the use of internal and external healthy coping strategies to help reduce risk. It introduces the characteristics of trusted adults, who may be one, how to practice talking with a trusted adult, and promotes proactive communication. Meet Gizmo in the video below!

OST Materials Kit from ACROSS NH
Have you ever attended an ACROSS NH workshop or training that inspired you to bring ideas and activities back to your program, only to face budget and supply barriers? ACROSS NH is thrilled to announce a new opportunity that will provide out of school time (OST) programs with materials and supplies to support ACROSS NH trainings!
Thanks to funding secured from NH DHHS and Bureau of Child Development and Head Start Collaboration (BCDHSC), ACROSS NH training participants will have the option to request a free “OST Materials Kit” after participating in select trainings. Participants can attend a follow up technical assistance (TA) session to acquire even more materials. One kit per program site. Click here for more information.

Social and Emotional Learning Trainings on October 14th
If you're considering an SEL theme for your day, you'll begin with the tremendous keynote from Shamera Simpson, the executive director of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention presenting "Gizmo's Pawesome Guide to Mental Health."

You are developing your own leadership style and now you are looking tofocus on the tools and foundations of effective leadership. This 6-session hybrid series is designed to provide you with the practices and principles that will motivate and empower those around you to develop an environment that inspires everyone. During the institute you will design and complete a leadership development opportunity that will positively impact your program. *This institute is for those who have completed Leadership Institute 1.
Session Info: This series is hybrid and bi-weekly on Thursdays Sessions 1 & 6 will meet in person (location TBD) 9:30am-12:30pm. Sessions 2-5 will meet on Zoom from 9:30am-12:00pm. Click here or on the flyer image for details.
The last day to register in NHCIS is September 25th!
Registration and PD: Register for the first session in the NH Connections Information System (NHCIS).Participants must complete all six sessions to receive PD credit. Upon completing the institute, participants will receive 16 hours of PD in their NHCIStraining transcript.
