Katie Flaherty is a Managing Director and is the Market Executive for the Greater Philadelphia Market. The Complex includes 9 Wealth Management offices, as well as a Private Wealth Management Office; Blue Bell, Berwyn, Center City Philadelphia, Doylestown, Marlton, Mt Laurel, Newtown Square, West Conshohocken, and Yardley. The 350 Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors in the market manage over $58 Billion in asset for our clients. Katie joined the Greater Philadelphia Market in 2018; previously she had been with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management for 12 years, most recently as the Market Executive for the Stamford CT Market. She started her career at Wells Fargo Private Client Services in 1998, where she held various positions including Financial Advisor, Administrative Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Katie earned her BS degree in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1998, and a MBA from Regis University, Denver, Colorado in 2010. Katie resides in Devon, PA with her husband, daughter and four stepsons. She enjoys being involved with community organizations including the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia, Forum for Executive Women and 100 Women in Finance.

Jami McKeon is the Chair of Morgan Lewis—the largest law firm in the world led by a woman—and a trial lawyer who represents some of the world’s leading banks in regulatory and litigation matters. The first woman chair in the firm’s 150-year history, Jami’s second term was extended by unanimous vote through the end of the 2026 fiscal year. In implementing a strategic approach focused on client needs, Jami has spearheaded large combinations that have significantly expanded the services of the firm’s 2,000+ lawyers in 30+ offices crossing 17 time zones. Avryl A. Klich represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic buyers and sellers, and public companies in structuring and negotiating complicated domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, majority and minority investments, corporate venture investments, divestitures, spin-offs, and joint ventures. Avryl also advises clients on a full range of general corporate and corporate governance matters. She practices across multiple industry sectors, including life sciences, retail and ecommerce, technology, utilities, healthcare and digital health, manufacturing, marketing, and sports. Avryl also provides counsel on various pro bono matters, with a particular focus on strengthening corporate governance and other contractual matters for small non-profit organizations in the greater Philadelphia area. She consistently delivers exceptional client service and clients praise her responsiveness in addition to her practical and thoughtful approach when executing complex transactions.
