On Thursday evening, April 21st, almost 600 guests gathered together at the Savannah Center in West Chester, Ohio to celebrate God's working through the medical ministry of Caring Partners International. The evening started with a Silent Auction, where guests bid on more than 185 baskets filled with prizes and special gifts, donated by more than 160 businesses and individuals. Anna Love and friends from Miami University's Symphonic Orchestra played beautiful classical music while guests mingled throughout the venue.
Those in attendance were welcomed by CPI Board Member Rick Lalli, who with his wife Jenny spearheaded the large volunteer team that labored to make the night a great success. Dr. Adam Reed then came to the stage to thank the Event Sponsors, and opened the night in prayer. Gold Level Sponsors for the Banquet were Premier Health, Russell & Company Total Wealth Management, Stronghold Coatings, and Tri-State Centers for Sight. During dinner, guests enjoyed instrumental music, led by Scott Snyder of Saxopraise and accompanied by Tim Croucher, Donny Burton, and CPI Board Member & Vice Chairman Dr. Dan Love.
The evening's keynote speaker, Dr. Danny Andrango, a young doctor from Ecuador, shared how a Caring Partners medical clinic impacted his life, developing a desire in his heart to serve the Lord and the Ecuadorian people through becoming a physician. Despite the hardships he faced, God prevailed, and Dr. Danny is touching lives in Ecuador, both physically, and spiritually.
Rhonda Reed closed the evening, sharing how Caring Partners was partnering with churches, impacting thousands of children around the world, just like Danny, "One Child at at Time".
On behalf of the Board of Directors and Mission Leadership Team of Caring Partners, THANKS SO MUCH to each of our guests, our sponsors, and our donors for creating an unforgettable evening. We give all the praise, the honor, and the glory to the Lord for all He is accomplishing through the ministry of Caring Partners International!
