Principal's Corner
A race well run by these Immanuel athletes who competed in the National Lutheran Cross Country Meet this past weekend at Concordia University Wisconsin. They qualified for nationals by finishing in the top few of their age groups at the IL state meet. We can’t wait to watch them continue to run in the next years!
Congratulations!

Also, big shout out to our Girls Varsity Volleyball team on their 3rd place trophy at the Trinity Roselle Invitational Tournament this past weekend, 4th place finish at St. Paul Mt. Prospect’s tournament the weekend prior, and on top of that, they were accepted to the Illinois Lutheran Sports Association state tournament the first weekend in November in Springfield. Way to go, ladies!

We extend a heartfelt invitation to all veterans, along with your family and friends, to join us for an extraordinary event at our school. On Wednesday, November 8th, at 8:20am in the Sanctuary, we are hosting a special chapel service in honor of your service and sacrifice. Take your place in reserved seats among fellow area veterans and prepare to be moved by a 30-minute chapel presentation led by the talented music ministry director, Sharon Dalpini. This patriotic program will feature performances by 2 of our school choirs as well as a congregational sing-a-long. We will pay tribute to each branch of the armed forces with their official anthems, a reminder of the sacrifices made in the name of freedom and peace. As a token of our appreciation for your service, all veterans in attendance will be presented with a special gift of delectable baked goods, symbolizing the sweetness of gratitude we hold for you. There is no need for registration, simply show up for the service; greeters will be there to welcome you.
Parent helpers make the Thanksgiving Feast a great day too!
We need Parents to help prepare, cook, serve and clean up.
