Participate in meaningful work alongside the farmers, learning firsthand about regenerative agriculture practices, biodiversity, and the vital effort it takes to feed our local community. This event is more than just a day of collaboration; it's an opportunity to contribute directly to your community farm while acquiring valuable insights and skills.

Emerging Leaders United is a diverse group of engaged young professionals committed to improving communities across the Capital Region through volunteerism and service initiatives. Powered by United Way of the Greater Capital Region, ELU brings together service-oriented young professionals to become

leaders of lasting social change.

WHAT'S EXPECTED

• Must attend 9 out of the 12 monthly 30-minute virtual meetings
• Must attend 4 out of the 12 monthly volunteer opportunities each year
• Must attend 1 out of 4 networking events annually
