New Event Registration Process | Important Update!

In an effort to continue to keep processing fees low for our membership, we have made the decision to move away from our current event registration provider. Our new service is ran directly through our invoicing provider, GrowthZone, and it will allow for us to keep our processing fees low and some events will now allow you to invoice yourself directly through the event registration page.

The first event with the new system will be our Wisdom Wednesday event below. There is a section that is labeled, "My Information". You will enter in your email address. If you are 'found' in the system, it will populate your information in the registration section.

If you are not found in the system it will say, "Looks like you're new here! Continue by filling out the information below." Please fill in your information and it will then populate in the registration section. Once you fill this in once, a record will then generated for you moving forward.

Congratulations to Kendra and Scott Foos, Owners of Kendra's Cakes, on their one-year anniversary at their location at 695 North State Route 635 in Bascom!

Kendra started decorating and creating cakes out of her home kitchen in 2011. Thanks to the love and support of their customers, she opened her first retail location a year ago.

Kendra’s Cakes is the perfect place to stop in and satisfy your sweet tooth. Kendra’s Cakes brings a creative flair to every item on its menu; specializing in cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other bite-sized treats decorated with her signature frosting. Their delicious creations are made fresh daily and are the perfect treat for any occasion.

Welcome new member, Old Fort Local Schools!

The Old Fort Local School District is located in northern Seneca County, as well as southern Sandusky County. It is a rural school district encompassing approximately 63 square miles. Old Fort Local Schools merged with Bettsville Local Schools in 2014. As a result, the Elementary building, which includes preschool, is located in Bettsville, while the JH/HS and Board Offices are located in Old Fort. The total population of students for the 2023-2024 school year is 710 students. Unique to Old Fort is a summer Migrant School Program, where an average of 35 migrant students attend all-day school and are provided transportation, breakfast and lunch.

The mission of the Old Fort Local School District is to challenge students with rigorous academic and behavioral expectations in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. The district is committed to developing staff through ongoing collaboration, education, and communication. They partner with students, families, and the community to instill a sense of pride and trust in all they do. Learn more here.

SS Cleaning Services took orders for the special pink shirts to honor not only her grandmother, but so many others. With the special pink shirts comes their 5th year anniversary.

Join the Seneca Regional Chamber Ambassadors as they host a Ribbon Cutting for the 25th anniversary of the Tiffin Glass Museum, 25 - 27 South Washington Street in Tiffin, on Wednesday, November 1 at 4 PM.

The Tiffin Glass Museum honors the heritage established by the men and women of Tiffin’s “Glass House”. Through preservation and education, the museum safe-guards glassware made by the artisans from the factory’s nearly hundred-year history. Museum preservation work includes acquiring memorabilia and historical documents from the factory’s beginnings in 1889 until its closing in 1984.



Gift Shoppe features products from the original Tiffin Glass Factory where beautiful stemware, tableware and decorative ware was produced from 1889 to 1980. In addition to the large selection of Tiffin Glass, other fine glassware, collectibles, and books are offered for sale in the multi-dealer cabinets.
