Climate Study: International Student Focus Group

Mon, Oct 30, 6 - 7:30 pm

The University of Maryland is launching a project to enhance campus belonging. We've partnered with Rankin Climate for this, alongside a UMD staff, student, faculty, and administrator working group.

As part of this initiative, Rankin Climate's team will visit campus on Monday, October 30, to chat with faculty, staff, and students in small groups. These conversations will help us develop inclusive policies and programs where needed and strengthen existing successful ones.

We hope you can join us for a group discussion focused on the experiences of international students on Monday, October 30, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Thurgood Marshall Room, 2nd floor Stamp Student Union. If you require interpretation or disability accommodations, please email csteward@umd.edu.

Rest assured, your participation will remain confidential. Only your small group members and Rankin Climate staff will be present. Findings will be presented anonymously in a written report available exclusively to the Climate Survey Working Group.
