Many Hands Spruce Up the Village
The VinFast Ironman World Championship working in conjunction with Mahea Akau and Lydia8 are transforming a new mural on the corner of Kuakini Highway and Palani Road. Local artist Fukui Mahoney adds lima (hands) to her live artwork that transforms blank walls into beautiful rainbow art representative of this year’s Ironman’s theme — Holomua (Move Forward). The mural honors and preserves the stories, people, and everything we love about this special place.
