I trust you are all having a wonderful summer and making the most of this active season. As the new Executive Director, I have been thoroughly engaged in familiarizing myself with our organization's various aspects. I have spent valuable time collaborating with our program directors, coaching staff, and Board of Directors to gain deeper insights into our current operations.
It is heartening to share that our first annual June Ski Camp held in Mammoth was a resounding success! I had the pleasure of witnessing the incredible dedication and hard work displayed by our athletes. Coach Craig and I were both thrilled to witness vast improvements in each participant. The ideal conditions during the camp allowed us to make the most of every day and maximize the benefits for our athletes.
As we move forward, I am truly excited about the prospects that lie ahead for our organization. Together, we will explore and identify new opportunities to further enhance our programs and services, ensuring we continue to provide a positive and enriching experience for all our members.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any ideas, suggestions, or concerns you may have. Your input is invaluable in shaping the future of our organization, and I am committed to fostering an open and collaborative environment.
Once again, I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer, and I look forward to working together to achieve new milestones as we have officially started the 2023-24 Season.

Mammoth June Camp
We are excited to announce that our U14 Series athletes have successfully completed their summer ski training in Cali. The program was designed to help our young athletes hone their technique, get stronger and learn what it takes to transition to the U14 program. From sun up to sun down, our athletes were fully engaged in the training and their hard work paid off. They were able to accumulate a significant number of skiing hours on the books, setting the tone for a productive, focused and fun summer. Dryland
The Snowbasin Ski Team is stoked to publish our dryland training schedule for the upcoming season.
Starting Sept 12th, every Tuesday, Thursday at Mt Ogden Park & every Sunday at the Ice Sheet, athletes will be getting their cardio and ski legs in shape for the upcoming season.
These dryland opportunities are available to all registered Snowbasin Ski Team athletes, thanks to the Butch Hoffman Scholarship Fund.
Our head coach, Scotty, trained for the season at Mt Ogden park when he was a young skier on the team, so we know from experience how beneficial dryland training can be.
We encourage all athletes to check TeamSnap for training times, RSVP and come prepared to work hard and have fun. We look forward to a successful season and hope to see you there!
