Dear Partner in Mission,
Sister Denise Mainville, OP, used her gifts as a musician and artist to both express her faith and to inspire others in her ministry. Her many compositions reached beyond church walls as she hosted a weekly radio show, wrote a Christmas cantata that was televised in 1959, and taught in high schools and colleges. Today, her beautiful melodies and artwork continue to inspire people and enrich their faith.
I invite you to learn more about Sister Denise and hear how she inspired Sister Magdalena Ezoe, OP, in her own music ministry as you watch this moving video. We hope you will continue to join us as we explore the stories of Adrian Dominican Sisters, who believe in a future shaped by love. Next week, you can learn about the legacy of Sister Miriam Michael Stimson, OP, and her quest for truth and discovery.
May you experience the beautiful music of the Christmas season. We are holding you in our prayers this Holy Season. Thank you for joining us as we make our world a better place through living and sharing the Dominican Charism.
Christmas Blessings,
Amy Palmer, MA, CFRE
