The Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) is a program focused on helping youth experiencing housing issues. In November 2022, the Missouri Balance of State was awarded $6.8 million by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to create and carry out a community plan to help solve youth homelessness.

Join us on Oct 11th, 2023 at 11 am for an informative applicant session.This is a great opportunity to get all the info about the RFP that applicants need to know!

Seeking At-Large Board Candidates!

Membership of the Board includes representatives of all Regions within the Balance of State, as well as at-large representatives. At-large representatives should represent multiple regions, with priority given to sectors not currently represented on the Board.

Interested in running for an At Large Board Seat? Do you work with or represent a special population within the CoC?

We are seeking passionate folks that represent the following groups:
