Bingo - 8 December
Join us for Bingo in the VA Manor Clubhouse on Friday 08 December at 7pm.  Please register each member of your family in an individual slot because we can only accomodate 45 people (kids and adults) inside the clubhouse.  If there are not enough available slots to accomodate your entire family please do not sign up.  If you plan to order a family pack ($20 cash only), please indicate if you want cheese or pepperoni in the "family pack" section of the sign up. A family pack includes a large pizza, 4 drinks and 5 bingo cards for $20.  If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open your slots to others.
Please Help Keep Our Community Clean!
Please, keep trash and recycle toter lids closed when putting trash out at curb to help prevent trash blowing into your yard, your neighbor's yard or throughout the community!

Please return your trash and recycle toters from the curb back to your home after trash and recycle service days. As a reminder, not returning your trash and recycle toters after pickup days is a violation.

Please throw trash into trash receptacles when walking through Community.
If you do not have access to a community trash can, please take your trash with you and dispose it at your home.

Please share this message with all members of your household.

Thank you for your cooperation.

IMPORTANT PET REMINDERS
PLEASE KEEP YOUR PETS ON A LEASH
There a leash law in Loudoun County.
All dogs are required to be leashed unless they are on the owner’s property, are in a designated space (fenced dog park), are participating in a formal obedience training class or if the dog is a service animal who is otherwise under the handler’s control. Please also remember to keep your pet leashed while on the paths.

For more information about Loudoun’s animal related laws, please refer to the Loudoun County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 612.13 under Running At Large. If you experience or see aggressive animal behavior, please immediately call Animal Control 703-777-0406 to report.

Courtesy Reminder- Please be Respectful of Your Neighbors Property!
Please do not allow your pets to trespass onto homeowner driveways and yards. Walking with your pets through other residents' yards or property without their consent is trespassing.

Clean-Up After your Pets
It is important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste and then dispose of it properly. Please use one of the Pet Waste Stations or if you cannot do so, please be sure to dispose in your trash receptacle at home. If the Pet Waste Station is full, please do not place your pet's waste at the base of the station!

Do not use Tot Lot waste receptacles as these are located where children are at play.

Please be courteous to your fellow neighbors and do not allow your pet to defecate on homeowners property. This includes private property adjacent to our many paths.

By taking a few simple steps to clean up after your pet, you can contribute not only to the beautification of our community, but also towards the elimination of one of the most irritating nuisances in our community.

~Thank you for your cooperation ~

OPEN SPACE COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS
Are you passionate about serving your community? Picture the opportunity for open discussion and candid communication focused on the aesthetics of the Dulles Farms landscape and green space!

If you are interested in working alongside other residents to promote the same goal of maintaining and enriching the appearance of our beautiful Dulles Farms community, the Open Space Committee (OSC) is perfect for you! The committee is seeking members to join the team, and you do not need to be an experienced arborist, landscaper, or gardener in order to become an OSC volunteer. You will need to be able to contribute ideas and work closely with others who share your passion about common area and green space enhancements, and trail improvements and preservation.

If you are interested in joining the OSC, please complete the Committee Interest Form and either email it to manager@dullesfarms.com or drop it off at the Westridge Clubhouse located at 25185 Chafee Circle. There is also an after-hours Dropbox located at the Westridge Clubhouse. Thank you!
If you are planning on doing any exterior modifications, please review the Design Guidelines and complete the Exterior Modification Application if applicable.
