Hamby-Lynch Public Safety Complex Grand Opening

The City of Catoosa is excited to announce the Grand Opening of the Hamby-Lynch Public Safety Complex. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place Saturday, August 24th, at 10:30 a.m., followed by facility tours from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. We are so grateful that our citizens supported our proposition to build a new public safety complex that benefits our community. We hope you will make plans to join us as we celebrate this remarkable milestone.

City Manager Updates

New Directional Signs — As part of the TSET grant awarded to the City, new directional signs have been installed at the intersections of Pine and Cherokee and Cherokee and Antry.

2024 PDGA Junior Disc Golf World Championship Tournament — This event was well attended and brought in people from 19 countries and 37 states. Leadership from the event commented that our course at Rogers Point was top-notch, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.

Elm Street Water Line Project — The water lines along Elm Street are aging and need to be replaced with larger lines. The City is working on details for this project, and more information will be available soon.

Covered Bridge at Rogers Point — Plans are underway to replace the covered bridge at Rogers Point while construction begins around the 412, Route 66, and I-244 interchange. More information will be available as details are finalized.
