Dear Friends,

The geese are flying south, fog hangs in the valleys each morning, and the colors are still popping. It's officially deep fall in the Kingdom! We hope that all will have the chance to enjoy the last of the golden autumn days on the trails while the season winds down and the crisp air reminds us that winter is imminently approaching! As happens each year, KT will CLOSE for the summer season end of day, October 31st, and remain closed throughout the month of November. Winter trails will open upon the conclusion of Vermont's Deer Hunting Season (December 10th) and when Mother Nature (trail conditions and weather) allows

If you plan to hit the trails over the next few weeks, please remember that Annual KT Memberships purchased during this final month of the 2023 Summer Season are valid for the rest of this season, plus the upcoming winter season AND next summer season, expiring October 31, 2024! Membership can be purchased from our online store or in person at our Welcome Center in the village of East Burke.

Youth Deer Hunting Weekend

KT will remain open through Youth Deer Hunting Weekend, October 22-23, a decision made in collaboration with our landowners and informed by State Wildlife officials. Find more information on the details of the weekend, the decision making process, and and how to safely share the trails here.
