Raphaele Leroy is the Director of Corporate Engagement for the Commercial arm of BNP Paribas in France. She joined BNP Paribas in 1991, working with retail and corporate clients. In 2014 she was appointed to manage the bank’s French retail RSE (ESG) activities, and launched a number of initiatives, including #ActForImpact building links between schools and companies. A pioneer in advising social impact companies, BNP Paribas’ Banque de Detail ( retail banking operations)today leads activities around the group’s engagement in society. As part of this drive, in January 2018, Raphaele was named Engagement Director for the groups retail banking operations in France. Committed to promote ESG(RSE) and Diversity, She is a member of the Observatoire de I’Inclusion Bancaire, of the COmite du Label INvestissement Sociablement Responsible ( Socially Responsible Investment Denominations), and of the National Strategy Committee of the BPI Groupe.

Charlotte Laurent

Charlotte joined BNPP AM Private Assets in January 2023, as Senior Investor Relations Manager, from BNPP Capital Partners where she was Head of Sales. Prior to that, Charlotte was London based with Bedrock Asset Management, where she was Senior Vice President of Business Development. She led the expansion of the funds business in Europe targeting Institutions and Family Offices. Charlotte has extensive experience in fixed income and capital markets sales at leading institutions including Commerzbank, and Nomura. Charlotte holds a MSc. in Finance from ESCP-EAP and a BSc. in Business Administration & Finance from the Université Paris Dauphine. She joined the BNPP Mixcity Committee in 2021, cementing her commitment to diversity and gender inclusion in the Finance industry and BNPP: this remains a key priority for her.
