SHEPHERD + EDGE CAMP DECOR WORK DAYS

Planning and creating for our favorite week of the year is in full swing! If you are a Shepherd + Edge Camp super fan please join us for one or all of our remaining decor work days and the crucial set-up times on Friday, June 23 - Sunday, June 25. PARENT HAPPY HOUR

Thursday, June 22 | 5:00p–7:00p, Admin Building, Windsor

Join with other parents from Good Shepherd for a summer happy hour from 5:00p–7:00p in the administration building, second floor lounge on Windsor. Leave the kids at home or bring them with you so they can hang with each other. We’ll even feed them for you! Dinner and entertainment will be provided for kids under 6th grade. YOUNG ADULTS AT BARTON SPRINGS

Sunday, June 25 | 2:00p-4:00p, offsite

Summer is here! Young adults (20’s and 30’s) are invited to gather at The Hill at 2:00p to meet and carpool over to the Barton Springs Pool. We plan to hangout at the pool and fellowship with one another. After Barton Springs, we will migrate to Terry Black's BBQ for those who are hungry. For more information, please contact the Rev. 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS AT THE HILL

Tuesday, July 4 | 7:30p, the Hill

Join us at the Hill at 7:30p for the annual 4th of July fireworks show and celebration! The evening will be full of fun and fellowship with live music, lawn games, face painting and the Lono's Southern Cooking and Keto Cuisine food truck. BYOB: bring your own beverage, blanket, and bug spray!

The Good Shepherd Farmers Market is open on Saturdays

on the Windsor campus with all your favorite produce and products! We need more volunteers to help with the market – you can find out more and sign up HERE. MOBILE LOAVES AND FISHES

FOOD TRUCK PREP + RUNS

Join Good Shepherd’s Team 102 for Mobile Loaves and Fishes Food Truck prep and run. Sign-up to prepare sandwiches and load the truck from 4:00p–5:30p at the Mobile Loaves and Fishes Commissary (at St. John Neumann Catholic Church), and/or sign-up for the truck run from 5:30p–7:30p. COMMUNITY FIRST! VILLAGE MOVE-INS

Join us to help Community First Village set up new houses for our unhoused neighbors. This includes assembling furniture, stocking pantries, hanging pictures, and cleaning and stocking linens. We also have an opportunity to tour the Village after our shift. We do this the 3rd Saturday of each month. We need 10 volunteers total, 5 for each house. Kids are encouraged to join in. Hours are 9:00a–noon.

TRINITY STREETS

At Trinity Streets, we serve up to 40+ persons who come through the doors. Volunteers prepare meals, serve the meals, and host a worship service for those coming into the Trinity Center. After everyone has eaten, volunteers stay behind to clean the kitchen for the next day’s use.
