Save the Date! The 23-24 school year is in full swing and with it comes our first Parent-Teacher Conference Day as well! This year's first Fall Parent Teacher Conferences opportunity will be on Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
As we have done in the recent years and back based on popular demand our Parent-Teacher Conference Event will be completely virtual.
Using our IHHS Conference Portal, (this link will be live the evening of the conferences) parents and/or guardians will be able to access the Google Meet Links created for the individual conferences.
When accessing your scheduled Google Meet appointment with each teacher, it is paramount that you follow your schedule from PTCFast and 'arrive' at your assigned times. If you attempt to access the link early you will receive an 'access denied' message.
Scheduling a Conference Time:
To schedule a time with your child's teacher(s), we will be using the same system as we have in the past called 'PTCFast.' You can access the scheduling system by clicking HERE. From this site you can schedule a time with any of your child's teachers on each of the upcoming Parent-Teacher Conference dates. This site will automatically lock out the ability to make a conference time 48 hours before the evening begins, so please plan accordingly.
Our HS Counseling team will also be available throughout the night for general questions or individual meetings. However, to access our counseling team all you need to do is click on their individual names within the IHHS Parent-Teacher Conference Web Portal. Appointments with our counselors cannot be made using PTCFast.
