READ/LEARN: In March 2023, the Department of Justice completed its investigation of Louisville Metro Police Department and issued a scathing report of the Department’s pattern and practices of abuse, especially toward Louisville’s Black residents. The report is well-written, and the information is important to know—but at 90 pages, it’s a bit of a read. We have broken the report into 4 sections (one for each week of the ARC). Read Section 2:
