Coming soon to a classroom near you, Forest NB Carbon Sequestration Ruler

Ever wonder how much equivalent carbon dioxide is in a tree or how that stored carbon compares to some of our day-to-day emissions? Our upcoming Carbon Ruler project makes starting the conversation of Carbon Sequestration easy, and along with some upcoming videos and classroom activities, will give students a great experiential learning opportunity! We're very excited to share more soon as the project develops.

Funding for the printing and distribution of our Carbon Ruler project has been graciously provided by the Government of New Brunswick Environmental Trust Fund, and our rulers will be made available to grades 3-12 in every school in the province this fall!
