Our committee highlight for this week is our Hospitality Committee. This committee provides hospitality and refreshments, as needed, for PTA events such as Teacher Appreciation, Grandparents Day, and New Student Orientation, as well as providing treats for our teachers throughout the year. This committee is led by Michele Brown.

Christmas is right around the corner, and the PTA has many fun family activities planned for the month of December; please be on the lookout for information to come out about all that soon!

Anyone who would like to have a special intention on a prayer chain or any family needing assistance during a difficult time, please reach out to Devon at devon.c.mckenna@gmail.com. If you would like to be added to the prayer chain, please email Devon to get on the distribution list.

Come out on November 30th and get a jump start on that Holiday Shopping!! Moorestown Main Street merchants will be open and participating in our OLGC PTA Shop & Stroll event. Merchants include Navy Blue Gifts, Apricot Lane, and many more! You can also stop by Maurizio’s for lunch or dinner too! A percentage of proceeds will benefit the OLGC PTA.

SECRET SANTA SHOP

December 4th - December 7th

Our kids love this week! Our Secret Santa Shop will be back, and kids can get special gifts for all their loved ones. Mark your calendars!

Detailed information will come home soon with the day/time assignments for each classroom.

OLGC CLASS OF 2024:

This is a BIG YEAR for our 8th-grade students! In case you didn’t know, they are responsible for raising the necessary funds to cover their Graduation Activities, which include their 8th Grade Dinner/Dance, Class T-shirts, Graduation Yard Signs, etc. Their first fundraisers of the school year are kicking off now, and they need our support!

Please help support our 8th-grade graduating class by decluttering your closets and home - just in time for the Holidays! We want the stuff you no longer want or need! 

The OLGC Class of 2024 will be hosting a Clothing Drive in November. Please CLICK HERE for all details, and please consider bagging up and donating all of your outgrown or no longer needed clothes, shoes, purses, bed and bath linens, and even stuffed animals. Lastly, please consider spreading the word with your family and friends.
