Residential Development of the Tomoka Oaks Golf Course

This week I had the opportunity to meet individually with the Mayor and each Commissioner explaining why we do not want the Tomoka Reserve residential development in the heart of our Tomoka Oaks neighborhood. I provided each with a mini-packet and wanted to share those same documents with you. I highlighted what was important on each document. Feel free to use any of this information in your own testimony or letters to the city.

Attend the Commission Hearing Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 6:00 PM

It is so important that residents attend the City Commission Hearing to show their opposition to the residential development of the Tomoka Oaks Golf Course property:

You can give testimony at the hearing! I suggest you print your testimony and provided it to the City Clerk after you talk so that your hard copy is part of the public record.

BTW: The Ormond Observer printed the wrong start time for the November 7th hearing. The correct start time is 6:00 PM.
