Time to prep!
- Decide what you are going to eat for the week.
- Make your grocery list
- Check your cupboards to make sure you are not buying duplicates
- Head out to the grocery store
- Buy organic when you can
- Take home and clean and wash your veggies
- Store in fridge
- Sit down and drink a cup of dandelion tea or water
- And plan your next move
- Breathe
- And make one or two dishes to have ready for the week
- And
- Have FUN!
