Time to prep!

  • Decide what you are going to eat for the week.
  • Make your grocery list
  • Check your cupboards to make sure you are not buying duplicates
  • Head out to the grocery store
  • Buy organic when you can
  • Take home and clean and wash your veggies
  • Store in fridge
  • Sit down and drink a cup of dandelion tea or water
  • And plan your next move
  • Breathe
  • And make one or two dishes to have ready for the week
  • And
  • Have FUN!
