As the days count down and the seasons begin to change, soon enough the global dairy industry will be back in Madison, Wisconsin for World Dairy Expo 2023.

Are you ready for your trip to World Dairy Expo 2023? Here are 5 things that will ensure an enjoyable and memorable time at this year's event:

Once again, Expo is using a digital ticket platform for admission purchases this year! Tickets purchased and downloaded in advance are quickly scanned at the gate. No cell phone? No problem! Tickets can be ordered online, printed at home and presented upon arrival for a quick scan and entry.

As you're planning your trip to World Dairy Expo 2023, make sure to take a look at this year's schedule to see if admission passes are needed for the days you're planning to attend. Admission is required Tuesday, October 3 - Friday, October 6 for those 12 years old and older.

We highly encourage those planning to attend the 56th event to purchase their tickets BEFORE October 3. Those who wait to buy tickets during the event will face increased prices.

Exhibitor lists, interactive maps, and more await in Expo's mobile event app to elevate your Expo experience. Create your own custom schedule, plan your route through the Trade Show, receive live results of the Dairy Cattle Show, compete in the Railbird Judging Contest, and more. This free app is available to download in the App Store or Google Play.

Your time is valuable, and a little research before arriving in Madison can make all of the difference. The 600 companies found at Expo can be sorted through by category of product, keyword or company name using the participating companies list. This list is available all year, so whenever you are looking for something new or want to learn what your options are, come back to this list. 

When you use this tool in the WDE mobile event app, you can "favorite" companies and their booth locations will be highlighted on your interactive map! A great way to not miss anything you want to see. 

With more than 50 different educational sessions during World Dairy Expo, there is something for everyone to learn when the global dairy industry meets this fall.
