Stop by the Shelter on Saturday, August 26, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for the annual Clear the Shelters adoption event. Dogs will be only $20 to adopt, and cats will only be $10!

Big news: Moreno Valley is officially a Better City for Pets!

Mars Pet Care has designated Moreno Valley as a "Certified City" in its Better Cities for Pets program. Moreno Valley has been recognized for its commitment to being pet friendly, helping keep people and pets together, recognizing the vital role pets play, and helping people and their pets enjoy a healthy, happy life together.

Moreno Valley is one of only ten cities in Southern California with this exciting distinction! This honor also makes Moreno Valley eligible for crucial grant opportunities that make our city even more pet-friendly!

A Visit to Morrison Park

Morrison Park clocks in at just over 14 acres and features four beautiful baseball/softball fields perfect for any Moreno Valley ball player. This beautiful multi-purpose park also features a soccer field, barbecues, picnic tables, and more. 

Located at 26667 Dracaea Ave, Morrison Park is a gorgeous park for the entire family.

Pet of the Week: Teddy

Our Pet of the Week is Teddy, a super sweet three-year-old German Shepherd. Teddy got his name because he’s soft and cuddly, just like a teddy bear! Teddy may be big, but he’s very gentle and gets along great with kids and other dogs. Once you meet Teddy, you won’t want to leave the Animal Shelter without him.
