3 Week Charlotte Street Outlook

Week of July 24

Working: Greeley to Jay

Crews will:

Complete storm line and inlet installation.
Cap existing waterline and remove old hydrants.
Start south sidewalk installation and prep for curb/gutter.

Week of July 31

Working: Estes to Jay

Crews will:

Start north sidewalk prep and installation.
Install curb and gutter north and south sides.
Start roadway excavation and prep for asphalt paving.

Week of August 7

By this week, the tentative plan is for crews to:

Start asphalt paving from Estes to Jay.
Install waterline from Estes to Columbine.

During construction in this segment the contractor will be moving trash cans to a location for the solid waste trucks to pick up all of the trash and recycling for the residents and then moving the cans back to their home locations. Access is accommodated through the alleyways behind the homes.

Crews will be occasionally working occasional Saturdays from 8 am - 4 pm to help with catch up from weather delays that have occurred.
