  • August 12: A Music Celebration event in memory of beloved Indian Hill High School teacher Jeff Clark will be from 6:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12 at the Sue Harder Memorial Performing Arts Center (formally the Indian Hill High School Auditorium)
  • August 17: Freshman Orientation and Picture Day: 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
  • August 18: Booster Bash - IHHS Pavilion: 5:30 p.m.
  • August 21: 10-12th Grade Picture Day & Schedule Pick up: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • August 23: First Day of School
  • September 4: Labor Day - No School
  • September 7: Meet the Teacher Night: 6:00-8:00 p.m.
  • September 15: Special Persons Day
  • September 26: Junior Day
  • September 29: Homecoming Pep Rally
  • September 30 : Homecoming Dance: 7:00 p.m.

Schedule Pick-up & Pictures
FRESHMAN STUDENTS (Grade 9)
On Thursday, AUGUST 17, from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., 9th grade students are invited to be a part of the "BRIDGES: FRESHMEN ORIENTATION PROGRAM." This one-day event will occur at Indian Hill High School. For more information please click here. LifeTouch will be here on that day to take your Yearbook/School ID Pictures, so dress accordingly. Picture order forms will be available from the front office. Click here for digital picture form!

NON-FRESHMAN STUDENTS (Grades 10 – 12)
You are invited to Indian Hill High School on Monday, August 21 for Schedule Pick-Up. To help us navigate the efficient distribution of schedules, while also making needed changes if applicable, students please follow the scheduled time below to pick up your schedule. School pictures for grades 10 - 12 will also occur at this time. LifeTouch will be here on that day to take your Yearbook/School ID Pictures, so dress accordingly. Picture order forms will be available from the front office. Grade 10: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Grade 11: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Grade 12: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Important Information Update
Request: Final Forms

At this time, we ask all parents and students to log in to Final Forms to complete all required forms for the upcoming school year. 

IHHS Parking Permits

Only JUNIORS and SENIORS will be allowed to drive to school during the first two weeks of classes if they purchase a parking pass. If spaces still remain, sophomores may purchase remaining parking permits starting Tuesday, September 12. Available parking spaces will be more limited this year than in the past due to the construction of our new middle school. For more information, please contact Mrs. Amanda Duty in the main office (513-272-4555). 

Student parking permits will be sold at IHHS beginning on August 21 for Junior and Seniors!

Student Work Permit

Work permits are available all year round and can be turned into the front office once both pages have been completed.

Transportation and Bus Information
In the Stopfinder Parent App you will be able to see your child(ren)'s bus #, bus stop, driver name and schedule. Also, you can share the app with other parents. For any other questions, call our Transportation Department: 513-272-4530 or CLICK HERE.

My School Bucks
Student fees, which include fees for student’s course selections for 2023-2024, will be posted in My School Bucks and available for online payment between September 20 – 30. Fees also may be paid with one check made payable to “Indian Hill High School” during the same time period. In addition, monies for lunch accounts may be added using the My School Bucks website as well.  

The graduation fee is also added for seniors. This fee includes cap, gown and tassel as well as 25 name cards and 10 announcements. Additional announcements may be purchased later. If you need financial consideration, please contact Mr. Damadeo at (513)-272-4550.
