Reports


  • Added subheadings to the program catalog report.
  • There is a new setting to prevent question column names from being entered if the same as another.
  • There is now a date range option, filtering results by membership expiration dates on the Membership Disclaimer Report.
  • The Facility Schedule report has been improved to load more quickly and reflect the accurate end time of bookings.


Activities & Registration


  • The required document upload, as well as other upload areas, now recognize the jpeg format.
  • Sign In and Sign Out columns on the Advanced and Standard Activity Attendance Sheet have been redesigned.
  • The In/Out columns on a Standard Activity Attendance sheet now email correctly.
  • An issue with Fixed Rate Days in an Advanced Activity Entire Session pricing option has been corrected.
  • Team Standings are now updating as expected after using the Add/Edit Scores function.
  • Teams now have an edit all option.
  • Entire Account Discounts are correctly applying to individual members during activity registrations.
  • Subheadings have been added to the Edit All Activities function on the Program Information page.
  • Single Day pricing option registrations were not totaling correctly during checkout. This has been fixed.
  • Custom form icon appears correctly on memberships.
  • Public Side Roster All teams dropdown fixed.


Accounts


  • Residency status is determined at the Household level, not per individual member.
  • The Payment History Receipt in an account can be emailed from the management side.


Facilities & Reservations


  • Reservation Add-Ons designated to be hidden from the public are now working correctly.
  • A filter by reservation start and end date has been added to the Req. Docs. by Reservations and Req. Docs. by Requests reports.
  • Budget Groups are only required on facilities allowing public reservation when using the Edit All Facilities function.


Memberships


  • Additional date restriction options have been removed from set date membership lengths to avoid confusion.
  • An alert has been added to membership length fee adjustments if a membership level fee adjustment exists.


POS


  • Additional product information populates when a barcode is scanned.


Misc


  • New Public Side Navigation is LIVE! It's so good, we are highlighting it again- see below!

New Navigation Tabs


Two new group spaces have been added to the public navigation, allowing you to further organize your site's main menu. These can be utilized however you like – or not at all! – but we provided a handy guide in our Knowledge Base showing how we recommend using the new space.

  • Window shopping made easy. The Membership card order form has been updated to include a handy quote calculator, so you can tweak your order to suit your budget.
  • Shipping quotes will be sent after order submission. Our form is good, but not “access to UPS shipping prices” good, unfortunately. 
  • Professionally designed. Skip the hassle of those annoying drag-and-drop “design builders.” Our experienced Design Specialist will work with you to create a card design that reflects exactly what you need, in the most delightful way.
