Hello from your friends at Broomfield Public Health and Environment!
We are reaching out to organizations in our community to better understand the health issues that affect the residents of Broomfield. We know there are people whose voices and experiences are often left out of traditional quantitative data collection efforts. You may have heard these populations referred to as “Hard-to-reach,” “Historically underrepresented,” or “Marginalized.” We are reaching out to organizations across Broomfield to better understand the health issues that these individuals face.
Five years ago, we reached out to you to get your input on the health of our community. Because of your feedback, the last assessment identified behavioral health as a community priority resulting in the Broomfield Behavioral Health Improvement Plan. We would greatly appreciate your expertise and opinions again.
