• School will start at 10:00 AM due to a scheduled Bonneville power outage from 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM. Dismissal time remains unchanged at 3:50 PM
• Bus Riders: The bus will be at your stop 2 hours later than your regular pick up time.
• Breakfast and lunch will be served as usual

McKenzie School District waves a bittersweet goodbye to our beloved bus driver, Ernie Bates, as he retires and navigates toward new horizons!

After years of driving our students - and ensuring every ride was safe and joyous, Ernie is turning the key to unlock the next chapter of his journey: Retirement.

Ernie says the warm smiles of all of his students will be missed, Ernie. May your retirement be filled with joyous times, especially with your cherished grandchildren

Lane Transit District has added an extra morning route on Route 91 based on district feedback. Here is additional information https://www.ltd.org/system-map/route_91/

This change, along with free bus passes for students, provides more transportation options for students and families.

Also, K-12 students in Lane County can get their free LTD Student Transit Pass from their school using either the Umo Mobility smartphone app or tap card.
