Offending Behavior
If you post a listing sign off your listed property, post more than one sign, or leave them up long after your listing sells, you risk a fine by code enforcement.
If you notice any permanent "off-premises" branded yard signs, please report the location of those signs, with a photograph and any other relevant information, to: signs@spokanerealtor.com.
