Independence Day
Sunday, July 7, 11 AM
Invite someone to join you at Saint Paul’s for our Independence Day Service & BBQ Parish Dinner July 7, at 11:00 AM. Our scripture readings, prayers, and music will help us give thanks for the blessings of liberty with which we have been entrusted.
Bring a dish to share! Our parish dinner is a "potluck" and counts on you. Bring your favorite BBQ; or for those whose specialty falls outside the smoker or grill, bring your favorite hash, side dish, or dessert to share. Bring your dish to the River Room Kitchen before the service. Don't forget to add your name to the bottom of your platter and make plans to pick it up. We've ordered extra pulled pork and hash for 60, so do invite visitors.
SIGN UP HERE SO THAT WE CAN BE THE BEST HOSTS
As always, we need a team to help us set up & clean up. Please sign up using the link below.

First Sunday Offering
Your generous non-pledged offerings (cash and designated checks to Fr. Biddy’s discretionary and Mtr. Kimberly’s discretionary) on the first Sunday each month support our clergy’s Discretionary Account. These funds are used to meet urgent needs within our community, to further the ministries of the church when other funds are not available, and to support community programs and institutions that serve those in need.

Sunday Forum: Summer Book Club
Sundays, 9:30 AM, The Berlin Room
This week: Chp 6: Finding God under a Crabapple Tree by Dr. Linda Beatrice Brown and Chp 7: Experiencing God: Ongoing Presence and Special Moments by The Very Rev. Ian S. Markham.
Have you ever wondered how God speaks to people in the 21st century? How does God show up in the midst of daily living or the chaos of world events to give guidance or to simply enhance and deepen your relationships through Love? You are invited to be a part of our summer book club at Adult Forum on Sunday, June 23. Each week we’ll discuss a chapter from Mother Kimberly’s book, Experiencing God (edited with the Very Reverend Ian Markham). Come be a part of the discussion on how the lives of the contributors of this book have transformed and drawn them closer to the Beloved. You'll be glad you did!
