At the Union County Foundation, our commitment to enhancing the quality of life in our community is unwavering. To better understand the needs and aspirations of Union County residents, we have partnered with Stratavize, a renowned consulting firm. Together, we have undertaken a comprehensive data collection initiative, gathering insights through surveys and community group discussions. This initiative is pivotal in shaping our future endeavors, ensuring that our actions are aligned with the community's needs and goals.

The insights we will share are not merely statistics or abstract concepts; they represent the voices and experiences of Union County residents. Your feedback and participation have been crucial in this process, and we are deeply grateful for your input. As we move forward, the Union County Foundation is dedicated to transforming these insights into tangible improvements. Whether it’s through new programs, policy advocacy, or community partnerships, we are committed to making a lasting, positive impact.

Week 5- Survey Results

Out of 365 survey responses, majority were residents of UC who have lived here most of their lives.

We have some great qualities going for us here in UC; lets embark on these qualities to enhance our community that we love!

One of our greatest strength is our location. How lucky are we to be surrounded by this natural beauty that thousands of tourist come to all year long!

While thousands of tourist are driving through, no one is stopping. Many of our residents are leaving to go find more job opportunities. Graduates are leaving and not returning.

We invite you to join us on this journey. Together, we can harness the power of data and community spirit to create a brighter future for all who call Union County home.
