Dear SFX Families,
As we approach the home stretch of the school year, it is time to begin the volunteer process for next school year. Here is an overview of the volunteer sign-up process at St. Francis for the 2023-2024 school year.
Spring 2023 - Volunteer Sign-up for 2023-2024 School Wide Events
This online sign-up is for volunteer opportunities for the upcoming school year that are not classroom specific. This sign up will be emailed out TONIGHT Wednesday, May 31st at 7pm. You can sign up for as many volunteer opportunities as you see fitting into your schedule. There are things for people to do that are entirely on your own time. Browse through the categories and see which ones are calling your name!
August 2023 - Grade Level Leadership Volunteer Sign-up
After class lists are available in August, the volunteer sign-up will be sent for Room Parent, Art Smart Leads and Art Smart and Service volunteers for your child’s specific class.
September 2023 - Classroom Volunteer Sign-Up
A sign up for classroom parties and other classroom volunteers will be available in late September.
There are many ways for parents to be involved. If you would like more details about any specific volunteer opportunity, please don’t hesitate to reach out to members of FSA. We will help you find the answer or the right person to answer your questions. Thank you for being so involved in your child’s education experience.
