Storm Adventure Race - Race Recap - Survey - Upcoming Adventures
Greetings Adventure Racers,

Thanks to all who came out and took part in the re-launched Storm Adventure Race! Mother nature cooperated affording two stunning days of racing, albeit a little on the hot side for our not-quite-summer-adjusted metabolisms. Be sure to check out all the photo albums from the weekends events on our Flickr page (there will be a few more albums added over the coming days). Special thanks to photographers; Luis Moreira, Mae Pankhurst, Barb Campbell and Meghan Brooks who traversed the courses capturing some fantastic imagery!

Results can be seen on the Results page of the website. If you notice your team ranked in the top 3 in your category and you weren't able to hang around for the awards ceremony, send me a message and we'll aim to have medals shipped.

A special thanks to all the volunteers who came out and supported participants over the two days of racing! Special mention to volunteer Petra U who's been tirelessly volunteering with a big smile at Storm Racing events for over 20 years! It was also amazing to have many past Storm volunteers on hand making the event run smoothly including Course Manager Heather Brown ensuring all racers made it to the finish line safely. Finally, this course wouldn't have been possible without the local knowledge afforded by Angus Doughty who's been paddling, biking and running the wild environs around Caledon since his youth!

Thanks also to event supporters, sponsors and prize givers including; the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, Duffy Homestead Museum, Great Estates Niagara Winery, Rally Beer, Muskoka Brewery and Salomon.

We're already planning for the 2024 event, however we'd love to hear from all past Storm participants on ways to improve. Please take a moment and fill out this survey to help shape the future of the event. Once survey answers have been tabulated we'll have an announcement soon for the 2024 edition date and location.
