Cross strives to treat all of our customers equally. Customers are offered the same pricing for the same products, identical priorities throughout the factory, and NET 30 payment terms for any US customer that applies for credit and is approved. From time to time there may be special circumstances requiring terms to be contractually flowed down by a customer. In these cases Cross will most often direct our customers to one of our approved third party resellers that may be able to accommodate these special conditions. Cross products are priced based on the material costs and are not value priced based on what we believe the market may bare. Our goal at Cross is to treat our customers just like we would want to be treated.
