Washable Wonders
This is a soft tailored style -- a type of upholstery in which the end result is a much more casual piece. The skirts are not lined, and will drape naturally, sometimes that can mean that they are uneven. Welt lines can be wavy, and you will find comfort wrinkles through out the piece. RUG SPOTLIGHT
ADDING COOLNESS
AND WARMTH

Design is based on the feelings that a specific room evokes when someone walks into it and how it adds or complements the overall feel of the total designed space. These creations either have a decided feeling of warmth or coolness, or they focus on balancing the feeling an individual has in those surroundings.
Overall design will always be somewhere on a full spectrum between warm and cold. The main factors in a rug that decide these feelings are color, pattern, and pile height. Colors in the grey and blue spectrum portray coolness. When you add in a short pile and sharp edges in the pattern, this pushes the rug furthest to the cool side. When you have colors based in red or yellow, especially browns, and have a longer pile with rounded patterns, the rug will lean to the warmest side of the spectrum.
All designs will have warm and cool elements added in, the rug is used as a building block to enhance the goal of the overall design. When selecting a rug, it is up to the designer to decide the balance necessary to best complement the feeling they are trying to emit.
