Toddle Back to Storytime

See you this Tuesday morning 9/4/23


Enjoy stories, songs, art, fingerplays and more! Geared for children 4 and under, but all ages are welcomed. We meet weekly.

Drop-in, Relax with Chair Yoga


Every Thursday our Certified Instructor, Kathy, welcomes you to a session of gentle, and restorative chair yoga. No special dress nor previous experience is necessary. Come alone. Bring a Friend. All are welcome.


Resuming on Thursday September 7, the session runs from 3:45 - 4:35. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early in order to be seated and ready to begin on time.

Medicare 101: Biweekly on Fridays


Be a well-informed and in-control health consumer. Whether you are new to Medicare or have been enrolled for several years, drop-in and talk with Helen to better understand your options.
