FPTV is both thrilled and humbled to announce that we have purchased our own building! Through grants from the State of Oregon, Washington County and City of Tigard, we officially closed on the Quality Inn (Tigard) building on June 30, 2023. We have long dreamed of owning a building, not only to expand shelter services to serve up to 70 households at a time, but to grow our family enrichment programming and increase partnerships with community service providers that may be able to co-locate on site. As a community-based response to homelessness, our new building—called “Bridge to Home”—also allows us to expand our volunteer network to help grow our services. We look forward to sharing our new home with you. Please reach out if you would like to come by for a tour!

FPTV is excited to announce our indoor kids play space is now open! Thanks to our tireless volunteers and donors we have a wonderful new area for play, crafts, and relaxation. Special thanks to Karen E. and the Perkins family. We are seeking volunteers to greet guests, engage with children, read stories, clean toys, and perhaps challenge a teen to a ping-pong match.

Please use the yellow sign-up button below for daily play from noon until 5:00 PM. Volunteers can sign up for one-hour increments that fit their schedule. If you would like to participate but are not available during these hours, please reach out to Gina for alternate times. Volunteers are required to complete the online training.

We're also looking for volunteers to cook a yummy hot meal on Saturday nights for our guests. Available dates include July 29th, August 5th, and 12th. Sign up here:

Special thanks to Westover Inns who recently donated $1,000 to cover bowling for all the participants in our program. Their generosity will certainly bring joy and excitement to the kids in our program.

Your donations are always appreciated! We can no longer accept donations at our Day Center. Instead, please contact Nichole to make a donation appointment at our new building. Thank you for your understanding!
